Practice Philosophy

I believe that everyone carries a puzzle within them and they also hold the answers to the puzzle.

Think of it looking like a Rubik’s cube.

Sometimes it can get a little jumbled through life events like relationship breakdown, stress and loss.

It’s my job as a therapist to help you make sense of that square and what it means to you.

Through the work of therapy, you make small changes and the pieces move and fall into place.

It is not about completing the whole puzzle – putting in some of the pieces could be enough for you to feel positive change
